Our Heritage
Chef Rami Haddad grew up watching his grandmother make kibbeh by hand in the Chouf mountains. That precision — the mortar, the spice ratios, the hour of slow-roasting — is what he brought to Dubai. Not a version of Lebanese food. The real thing.
The Ouzi takes six hours. The mezze changes with the season. The bread comes out of the oven twelve minutes after you sit down. That's not service — that's how Rami was taught a meal should begin.
