Our Heritage
Levant & Co. was founded by Chef Rami Haddad, whose family recipes span four generations of Lebanese culinary tradition. What began as a personal mission to share authentic Levantine flavours with Dubai has grown into one of DIFC's most beloved dining destinations.
Every dish is prepared using traditional methods — slow-roasting, wood-fire grilling, and house-made spice blends sourced directly from Lebanese mountain villages. The result is an experience that honours the past while embracing the present.
